Vendor, Service, Contractor and Fan Field permits are hang tags that are displayed from the rear-view mirror of the vehicle and are transferable from one vehicle to another. The Fan Field Contractor permit is a virtual permit and requires the license plate of the vehicle be connected to the permit. This can be completed through your My Account portal. The permits are issued to a specific company and ownership is not transferable. All representatives conducting business on campus must display a valid Texas A&M University parking permit. Vendor, Service, Contractor and Fan Field permits may be used by persons not employed by or enrolled at the University and may be renewed annually.

PERMIT INFORMATION

Transportation Services offers two types of annual permits for Vendor, Contractor and Service providers. One permit offers access to designated surface lots only. The other permit offers access to the same designated surface lots but also offers access to designated garages. After your application has been completed and submitted, it will be reviewed by the appropriate Texas A&M University Officials that will be coordinating your project. Transportation Services will issue permits based on their recommendations.
